The best results come from a sharp, well-lit photo where your subject is clearly and fully visible.
Yes, of course 😄 That's exactly what Wroomi is for. People, pets, cars, or other personal motives – anything is possible.
Yes, as long as everyone is clearly visible. The clearer the motif, the more beautiful your Wroomi will be.
No 😊 Our design team will take care of that for you – completely relaxed.
Then the result can also appear darker or blurry. Therefore, we recommend bright, clear photos with good quality.
You may only upload images for which you have the necessary rights. Unfortunately, we cannot use protected content or logos.
If your image is not usable at all or violates our guidelines, we will contact you.
Design & Personalization
You can choose between Head Only, with Background, and without Background.
With Only Head, the head is the focus.
With No Background, the subject is isolated.
With With Background, your complete image is preserved.
No 😊 Your photo is being prepared by our small design team – real craftsmanship, no AI standard.
Yes! Every Wroomi is made individually for you.
Yes, your Wroomi is printed on both sides – looks good from all angles.
Yes, that is possible without any problems.
Fragrance & Product
It depends on temperature and usage. In the car, the scent usually lasts about 2 weeks and then gradually weakens.
Sure 😊 You can choose your favorite from over 15 different scents.
Yes! Your Wroomi can be refreshed later – and we are already working on new solutions for it 🚀
Yes! You can also choose a fragrance-free option.
First and foremost, yes – but you can of course hang it anywhere else 😉
Order & Production
Upload photo, choose style, select fragrance, order – we take care of the rest.
Typically 2–4 business days, as each Wroomi is made to order.
If you contact us quickly and production has not yet started, we will be happy to help.
As long as your Wroomi is not yet in production, this is sometimes possible. After that, usually not anymore.
Because each Wroomi is specially made for you and cannot be resold.
Shipping & Delivery
The delivery time is usually 1-2 days. Additionally, there is a production time of 2-4 working days.
Yes 😊 We also deliver to other countries. You can see the available options at checkout.
Yes, you will receive a tracking number by email after shipping.
Please check your address carefully. Additional shipping costs may arise in case of errors.

Returns, Complaints & Help
Usually not, as they are made specifically for you – except in cases of errors or damages.
Just write to us with your order number and, if possible, with photos – we will take care of it.
