Questions about your Wroomi

Which photo should I upload?

The best solution is to take a clear and well-lit photo, in which the subject is clearly recognizable. Dark, blurry, or heavily edited images can alter the result.

Should I crop my photo myself?

No. Our design team takes care of it for you – based on the style you choose.

What does "Nur Kopf" mean?

With this option, we crop the subject so that only the head or heads are highlighted – ideal for people and pets.

What does "without background" mean?

Here, we remove the background and keep the cut-out pattern. This gives a particularly clean look and makes your Wroomi a real eye-catcher.

What does "mit Hintergrund" mean?

We use the full image with the background. Perfect if the entire scene needs to be part of the pattern.

Will my print be double-sided?

Yes, your Wroomi is printed on both sides so that it is aesthetically pleasing from all viewpoints.

Can I choose my favorite fragrance?

Yes, of course 😊 You can choose your favorite fragrance from more than 15 different fragrances. Each Wroomi is available in all our fragrance variants.

How long does the perfume last?

If you use your Wroomi in the car, the scent generally lasts about 2 weeks. After that, it gradually weakens but remains pleasantly noticeable for a while.

Can I refresh the smell later?

Yes! Your Wroomi can be easily re-scented, so it can accompany you even longer.

❤️ Is my Wroomi really handmade?

Yes. Each Wroomi is prepared individually and made with the utmost care – no AI, no mass-produced product, but true handcrafted work.

Can I modify my order afterwards?

As long as production has not yet started, we are happy to assist you. Once your Wroomi is being processed, changes are generally no longer possible.

Can I order multiple Wroomis?

Yes, of course. You can order multiple Wroomis – with the same photo or with different patterns.

What happens if my photo does not comply?

If your photo is not usable at all, we will contact you. Our goal is always to achieve the best possible result from your photo.
